PSA TCU IMMOBILIZER EMULATOR – AXN8 UNICAN PROGRAM
Price of emulator includes PIN code calculation : €150 excluding taxes (e.g., VAT).
Price of PIN calculation based on files : €100 excluding taxes (e.g., VAT).
Price of PIN change in TCU based on files : €100 excluding taxes (e.g., VAT).
A service to add an emulator to the PSA TCU AXN8 automatic transmission controller, where we read the PIN code and prepare the emulator to unlock the controller.
Once the emulator is connected in the car to the power supply and CAN bus, it unlocks the immobiliser implemented in the TCU AXN8.
The pin code is read out without opening the TCU control unit.
The service requires the TCU AXN8 module to be sent to my lab, or full bin files from the AXN8 module to be uploaded.
*If you have the PIN code of your TCU AXN8, we can prepare and send you a ready-made emulator.
*If you have the files from the AXN8 TCU, we can calculate the PIN and prepare a ready-to-use emulator, there is then no need to send the AXN8 TCU module to us.
In the cell at address 0x01, we enter CAN bus speed value 50 which gives 500 Kbps.
In the cell at address 0x02, we have a value of 0x06 which sets automatic recognition of the type of immobilizer library used in the ECU.
In the cells starting from address 0x10 enter 4 bytes of the PIN code from the ECU you want to unlock.
The PIN code in the ECU is stored in ASCII coding here is an example :
Hex 43 41 54 53 = PIN ASCII “CATS”
Four wires should be connected: CAN-H, CAN-L, GND (ground) and +12 V IGN ( terminal „15”) or +12 V after the ECU/ECM relay. Ensure the connection adheres to the vehicle’s repair schematics.
The colors of the corresponding wires are specified in the photo.
Please remember the CAN terminator – terminator resistor, is in many cases indispensable especially when the ECU works standalone.
The description of the green and red LEDs can be found in the photo, thanks to them we can carry out diagnostics of the emulator connection, they clearly indicate the current status of the CAN bus connection and the status of matching to the TCU.

In order to use this solution, the customer must be qualified as an automotive electronics technician and have the necessary diagnostic tools and wiring diagrams.
In the event of problems and the need for technical support, a CAN bus analyzer will be required in addition to the ECU files, as well as the ability to operate it.
