ISK Calculation Service Terms
The price of the ISK calculation service is €59.
Payment is possible by PayPal or bank transfer.
Your order will be added to the calculation queue only after we receive:
- your complete invoice details, and
- full payment for the service.
For invoicing purposes, we require the following details:
Company
- company name,
- full address,
- VAT/tax number, if available.
Private person:
- full name,
- full address.
We do not provide services to anonymous private customers.
VAT TAX
The applicable VAT rules are as follows:
- EU company with a valid EU VAT number: 0% VAT.
- Customer outside the EU: 0% VAT.
- EU customer without a valid EU VAT number: 23% VAT must be added.
After we receive your invoice details, we will issue an invoice or payment request by PayPal or bank transfer.
After the payment is received, your data will be added to the calculation queue.
Calculation Time
The ISK calculation time depends on the current server load and the number of orders in the calculation queue.
The calculation time is not a fixed parameter, it ranges from a few minutes to a maximum of 3 hours, with an average of 1 to 1.5 hours. However, if there are more calculations waiting in the queue, the time will be correspondingly longer, depending on the length of the queue.
The calculation time is not a guaranteed parameter of the service and does not constitute a deadline or service-level commitment.
After the ISK is calculated, we will provide the ISK code.
Legal Use of the ISK Code
The customer is solely responsible for using the ISK code in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the country or jurisdiction where the customer is located or where the ISK code is used.
We do not verify the customer’s legal entitlement to use the ISK code and we do not accept any liability for the customer’s use, misuse, or unlawful use of the ISK code.

By using the ISK calculation service, placing an order, sending invoice details, or making a payment, you confirm that you understand and accept these payment terms.
